Snow!

Take the advice of the guide book and save this for the summer, unless you want a snowy adventure. Lots of snow even down below tree line, then snow fields getting up to the divide trail above tree line. Beautiful and dry once you get up there though. Just take snowshoes / traction device anytime before second week of June I’m guessing.

What if the Gooseberry Springs Trail were to become a designated site for experimental art installations? How would this transform the experience for hikers and nature enthusiasts, and what impact might it have on the preservation of the natural environment?
